Ele perdeu o controle do veículo e subiu em uma calçada, onde colidiu com uma árvore e um muro. Em seguida, Paulo, que aparentava estar embriagado no momento, se envolveu em uma briga com as pessoas que estavam no local e agrediu uma mulher com um tapa no rosto dela. <p class="texto">O indiciado foi levado para um posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), mas se recusou a fazer o teste do bafômetro. No entanto, o órgão afirma que teria filmado o servidor confessar que havia bebido. Ele e um acompanhante não identificado, que teria tentado agredir os policiais militares acionados para atender a ocorrência, foram encaminhados à Delegacia Regional de Brejo Santo (CE).</p>
<p class="texto">Com o afastamento preventivo, devem ser retidos identificação funcional, distintivo, arma, algema e qualquer outro instrumento funcional que esteja na posse do delegado.</p>

O governador do estado do Ceará, Elmano de Freitas (PT), determinou afastamento do delegado de Aurora (CE), Paulo Hernesto Pereira Tavares, após o servidor se envolver em briga de trânsito e agredir uma mulher na manhã deste sábado (11/11). A edição extra do Diário Oficial do Estado do Ceará ainda determina a instauração de um processo istrativo-disciplinar contra ele. “Não itimos e não vamos tolerar esse tipo de comportamento por parte de um agente de segurança”, declarou o chefe do Executivo estadual no Instagram.
Segundo a decisão, o delegado teria tentado perseguir de carro um menor de idade na tentativa de atropelá-lo. Ele perdeu o controle do veículo e subiu em uma calçada, onde colidiu com uma árvore e um muro. Em seguida, Paulo, que aparentava estar embriagado no momento, se envolveu em uma briga com as pessoas que estavam no local e agrediu uma mulher com um tapa no rosto dela. A ocorrência foi registrada pela Coordenadoria Integrada de Operações de Segurança (Ciops).
O indiciado foi levado para um posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), mas se recusou a fazer o teste do bafômetro. No entanto, o órgão afirma que teria filmado o servidor confessar que havia bebido. Ele e um acompanhante não identificado, que teria tentado agredir os policiais militares acionados para atender a ocorrência, foram encaminhados à Delegacia Regional de Brejo Santo (CE).
Com o afastamento preventivo, devem ser retidos identificação funcional, distintivo, arma, algema e qualquer outro instrumento funcional que esteja na posse do delegado.
