Os agentes da 5ª Delegacia de Polícia (Asa Norte) recolheram imagens de câmeras de segurança do local. As gravações serão usadas nas investigações de Raimundo Cleofás Alves Aristides Júnior, 41 anos, para comprovar se ele consumiu bebida alcoólica no bar, antes de assumir a <a href="/cidades-df/2023/10/5138638-pm-atira-contra-carro-que-furou-blitz-no-centro-de-brasilia-e-mata-ageiro.html" target="_self">direção da BMW 350i, </a>que furou uma blitz da Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF). Ele se recusou a fazer o teste de alcoolemia, mas um laudo do Instituto de Medicina Legal (IML) confirmou que o<a href="/cidades-df/2023/10/5138666-motorista-que-fugiu-de-blitz-estava-com-sinais-de-embriaguez.html" target="_self"> motorista estava embriagado</a>.</p>
<p class="texto">Ao <strong>Correio</strong> o Delegado chefe da 5ª DP, Ataliba Neto, confirmou a operação e afirmou que o gerente do bar irá responder um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO) por ter se recusado a fornecer as imagens do movimento do local no sábado a noite (28/10). Ataliba também confirmou que no interior do veículo de Raimundo havia uma garrafa de vodca e uma de cerveja.</p>
<p class="texto">Apesar das diversas provas que confirmam que Raimundo estava sob o efeito de álcool, a PCDF irá continuar a buscar provas para desmentir o depoimento do motorista, que negou ter consumido bebida antes de fugir da blitz da PMDF.</p>
<h3><strong>O Caso</strong></h3>
<p class="texto">Um policial militar atirou contra um carro de luxo, modelo BMW 350i branca, que furou uma blitz próxima ao Complexo Brasil 21 e atingiu o ageiro do veículo, de 24 anos, que não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu. O caso aconteceu na madrugada deste domingo (29/10).</p>
<p class="texto">O veículo ultraou a contenção de uma blitz da Operação Álcool Zero, que realizava fiscalizações na região central de Brasília. No momento da fuga, os policiais atiraram contra o veículo, com o objetivo de atingir os pneus, segundo informa a ocorrência. Depois de o motorista parar e se entregar, os militares perceberam que o ageiro estava ferido.</p>
<p class="texto">O socorro foi acionado, mas o homem morreu ainda no local. Um policial ficou ferido no momento em que o carro ultraou a barreira da blitz e foi levado ao Hospital de Base, mas não corre risco.</p>

Os agentes da 5ª Delegacia de Polícia (Asa Norte) recolheram imagens de câmeras de segurança do local. As gravações serão usadas nas investigações de Raimundo Cleofás Alves Aristides Júnior, 41 anos, para comprovar se ele consumiu bebida alcoólica no bar, antes de assumir a direção da BMW 350i, que furou uma blitz da Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF). Ele se recusou a fazer o teste de alcoolemia, mas um laudo do Instituto de Medicina Legal (IML) confirmou que o motorista estava embriagado .
Ao Correio o Delegado chefe da 5ª DP, Ataliba Neto, confirmou a operação e afirmou que o gerente do bar irá responder um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO) por ter se recusado a fornecer as imagens do movimento do local no sábado a noite (28/10). Ataliba também confirmou que no interior do veículo de Raimundo havia uma garrafa de vodca e uma de cerveja.
Apesar das diversas provas que confirmam que Raimundo estava sob o efeito de álcool, a PCDF irá continuar a buscar provas para desmentir o depoimento do motorista, que negou ter consumido bebida antes de fugir da blitz da PMDF.

Um policial militar atirou contra um carro de luxo, modelo BMW 350i branca, que furou uma blitz próxima ao Complexo Brasil 21 e atingiu o ageiro do veículo, de 24 anos, que não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu. O caso aconteceu na madrugada deste domingo (29/10).
O veículo ultraou a contenção de uma blitz da Operação Álcool Zero, que realizava fiscalizações na região central de Brasília. No momento da fuga, os policiais atiraram contra o veículo, com o objetivo de atingir os pneus, segundo informa a ocorrência. Depois de o motorista parar e se entregar, os militares perceberam que o ageiro estava ferido.
O socorro foi acionado, mas o homem morreu ainda no local. Um policial ficou ferido no momento em que o carro ultraou a barreira da blitz e foi levado ao Hospital de Base, mas não corre risco.
