A informação não é verdadeira, mas repercutiu entre bolsonaristas depois que o juiz responsável pelo inventário da ex-primeira-dama confundiu valores que ela tinha aplicados. O montante foi posteriormente corrigido para R$ 26.281,74.</p>
<p class="texto">Ao darem entrada na ação, Lula e os filhos afirmam que Eduardo Bolsonaro atacou a honra de Marisa e pediram indenização por dano moral. O caso foi levado ao STJ após derrotas na primeira e na segunda instância.</p>
<p class="texto">Ao analisar o recurso, o ministro João Otávio de Noronha argumentou que a publicação foi feita com base na decisão judicial que, equivocadamente, confundiu as aplicações. "Não há evidência de ação dolosa ou culposa do demandado para ferir os direitos da personalidade da falecida", escreveu.</p>
<p class="texto">A decisão afirma ainda que a família Lula poderia ter pedido sigilo no processo de inventário para "preservar a intimidade" da ex-primeira-dama. Cabe recurso ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).</p>
