A Polícia Federal apura se Bolsonaro e seus aliados desviaram e venderam presentes diplomáticos que deveriam ter sido incorporados ao acervo da União.</p>
<p class="texto">O subprocurador-geral da República Carlos Frederico Santos defendeu, em parecer enviado ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que não há elementos para investigar o presidente.</p>
<p class="texto">"Afigura-se necessário estabelecer filtragens a petições com claro viés político, que pretendem causar confusão jurídica e incriminar opositores por meio de conjecturas e abstrações desprovidas de elementos mínimos", escreveu.</p>
<p class="texto">A manifestação da PGR foi enviada ao gabinete do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do caso, que ainda não despachou.</p>
<p class="texto">Como mostrou o <strong>Estadão</strong>, Lula ficou com três relógios - um Piaget, avaliado em R$ 80 mil, um Cartier Santos Dumont, que custa cerca de R$ 60 mil, e um relógio suíço folheado em prata. Além desses três relógios, o presidente ficou com um colar de ouro branco.</p>
<p class="texto">Os presentes recebidos nos primeiros mandatos (2003-2010) se tornaram objeto de um processo no Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU) e de uma ação da Operação Lava Jato. Os itens ficaram conhecidos como as 'tralhas' de Lula. O termo foi usado pelo próprio petista para se referir aos objetos em um depoimento prestado na investigação. Os itens ficaram conhecidos como as 'tralhas' de Lula. O termo foi usado pelo próprio petista para se referir aos objetos em um depoimento prestado na investigação.
